Next was Annie’s foal. She is also by Aliger and Annie slipped her past me also. A gorgeous palomino filly, Kamileshen will be staying here at CGAT. She was born June 2005 |

Last but not least was Allie’s foal. Allie is Wendy Connell’s mare, bought at the Nez Perce auction in March. She foaled a grulla colt, big and sweet. Smokedancer might be the youngest of the bunch, but he’s the biggest. She also foaled when I wasn’t looking. In some ways, this made it very easy, but I hate missing out on the moment of birth. Next year, video cameras! |

Foals of 2005 |
|
We had three foals born at CGAT in 2005. First was Diva’s (Meshhurlyk) colt. He is by Aliger and was born May 2005. Diva popped him out when I wasn’t looking and did a lovely job. This was her first foal and she is an excellent mom. Atly is buckskin, with lots of chrome and Diva’s calm personality. Atly was sold to Sabrina Impelido of CA. |
